I recently stayed at a hotel and had an extremely unpleasant experience with the room service staff. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. In the morning, my family had breakfast and returned to the room. I heard the waitress say that she had cleaned the room for me. Without my consent, she entered the room without my consent. I was also a bit upset. After a while, I knocked on the door again. While my husband was resting, the waitress hit my husband's leg hard and told the three of us to book the room for you. Will you tip me? It made me extremely uncomfortable. The hotel reviews the service staff to avoid situations like the above that make customers extremely uncomfortable

Very great accommodation, spacious rooms, close to the beach, great sea view, there is a swimming pool at the resort that my kids really like. Delicious breakfast buffet, diverse dishes. Book a room on traveloka so the price is quite good! Have a chance to come back!

Ở cũng tạm được, vị trí khách sạn ổn, có bãi biển riêng, phòng sạch sẽ, khuôn viên rộng rãi mát mẻ. Điểm trừ là cách âm kém lắm, nhân viên đứng ở hành lang nói bộ đàm thôi mà ồn như đứng trong phòng, mình xui gặp khách phòng bên đêm nhậu ngoài ban công, ồn không ngủ được, ban ngày thì cũng bị nghe hát karaoke ầm ĩ. Nói chung cảm thấy chỗ này phù hợp cho khách đoàn, nếu gia đình đi thì nên cân nhắc.

Normally, the hotel is quite old + the location can be temporarily viewed 4 *, breakfast is good, the receptionist is not courteous enough to be worth 4 * (when checking in, I asked if there was disinfection because I was translating the staff less happy and determined the hotel does not sterilize) -> very unhappy when checking in (thanks to remind the hotel about this, it will not help until I finish checking in to answer: you have checked in and no What problems (of course the hotel will report to the app like that) when checking out the receptionist girl did not even answer when I asked for her identity card.
