Unfortunately, no, you are not able to reschedule your booking before the payment has been completed. Instead, you can cancel the booking for free while the Free Cancellation period is active and make a new booking.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply between the Traveloka entity ("Traveloka", “Our” or "We") contracting with you as an individual user and/or a customer of Traveloka ("You" or “Your”) for a purchase transaction on www.traveloka.com site and/or the app version 3.80 and above (“Site”).
Subject to the Traveloka General Terms & Conditions, by accessing, using, and making Accommodation reservations with the Pay Near Stay Date method, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as follows:
1.1. Pay Near Stay Date is a payment method option for Accommodation reservations on the Site, as follows:
1.1.1 Pay Now; and
1.1.2. Pay Nothing Until A Certain Date.
1.2 Pay Near Stay Date is only available on Traveloka’s Site.
Pay Now is a payment method in the Site where You must complete the payment right after making an Accommodation reservation within a specified time limit as stated in the Site. If payment is not made within the specified time limit, Traveloka has the right to cancel or ignore Your Accommodation reservation process.
3.1. Pay Nothing Until A Certain Date is a payment method on the Site where You can make an Accommodation reservation and make payment on a due date determined by Traveloka.
3.2. Traveloka will inform You of the payment due date through the Site ("Payment Date") and/or the Accommodation reservation voucher issued by Traveloka (“Accommodation Voucher”).
3.3. If You choose the Pay Nothing Until A Certain Date method, You are not eligible to use the following features:
3.3.1. Redeem or use Traveloka points;
3.3.2. Use Traveloka coupons or Accommodation coupons;
3.3.3. Purchase any insurance add-ons or top-ups; and
3.3.4. Apply credit card payments with any installment plans or services.
3.4. If You choose the Pay Nothing Until A Certain Date method, before the Payment Date You cannot reschedule Your order or amend Your reservation details (including but not limited to, changing Your room type or stay period).
3.5. Payments using the Pay Nothing Until A Certain Date method can only be made using a credit card.
3.6. Payment Using Credit Card
3.6.1. On the date of making Your Accommodation reservation, if You choose to use a credit card as Your method of payment, You will be required to enter Your credit card information.
3.6.2. Traveloka or third-party providers appointed by Traveloka have the right to verify Your credit card and credentials to make payment.
3.6.3. Charges and fees relating to Your Accommodation reservation will be automatically made on the Payment Date.
3.6.4. You must ensure that Your credit card limit is sufficient on the Payment Date.
3.6.5. If on the Payment Date, there is a payment failure either due to a credit card system error or Your insufficient credit card limit or any other reasons, Traveloka will automatically cancel Your Accommodation reservation so that the Accommodation Voucher that has been issued to You by Traveloka will be invalid.
3.6.6. You can cancel the Accommodation reservation before the Payment Date, free of charge. If You cancel or reschedule Your Accommodation reservation after the Payment Date, You may be charged cancellation and/or rescheduling fees as specified in the Accommodation Voucher.
3.6.7. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of your Accommodation reservation, the Accommodation Voucher that has been issued to You by Traveloka will be invalid.
4.1. You are prohibited from abusing and/or taking advantage of the Pay Near Stay Date feature in any way, which may be determined by Traveloka at Our sole and absolute discretion to be done illegally, negligently, fraudulently or unreasonably (“Violation”).
4.2. In the event that We believe that You have violated any provisions in these Terms and Conditions, We reserve the right at our sole and absolute discretion to: (i) conduct an investigation of the alleged Violation; (ii) request You to make compensation payments for any and all losses suffered by Traveloka, or other related parties in connection with such Violation and/or (iii) take such other actions deemed necessary by Traveloka to enforce payment by You.
5.1. For the avoidance of doubt, the definition of "Accommodation" in these Terms and Conditions may refer to any form of accommodation property.
5.2. You hereby agree to release Traveloka from any and all claims and/or compensation caused by Your negligence or Your delay in canceling Your Accommodation reservation before the Payment Date.
5.3. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, by and court of jurisdiction, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions. The severed provision shall be replaced by a provision approximating as much as possible the original wording and intent.
5.4. Traveloka reserves the sole and absolute right to change, modify, add, delete or update these Terms and Conditions (or parts thereof) at any time. Please read carefully and always check this Terms and Conditions page from time to time to monitor any changes. The latest version of these Terms and Conditions will supersede all previous versions. If You continue to utilize and use the Pay Near Stay Date feature after the changes, then You are deemed to agree to and be bound by all changes to these Terms and Conditions.
5.5. These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in the English language. Any translation into another language is for convenience and information purposes only. In case of conflict between the English language version and any such translation, the English language version shall prevail. Headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of these Terms and Conditions.
5.6. Failure by Traveloka to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of Traveloka’s rights to enforce the breach of such provision or any other provision in these Terms and Conditions or as a waiver of any continuing, succeeding or subsequent breach of any provision or other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
5.7. Except where expressly stated, nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to grant to any third-party any right to enforce any term or to confer on any third-party any benefits under these Terms and Conditions.
5.8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
