ticket exchange is very easy, crowded but not too queued/quick queue, on time, helpful staff, the ship is also ok and comfortable, when we went there the sea was choppy but I didn't get seasick for me it was still ok, overall ok

The experience was fantastic. The staffs were helpful. It is recommended to attend 1 hour before departure time. My departure was set 30 minutes earlier at that time. Luckily, I attended the terminal 1 hour before. The view from the ferry was also beautiful.

The ticket exchange process is quite smooth, boarding from Hongkong central turbo jet ferry terminal. going up the turbo jet pass is a bit choppy so it's a bit dizzying.

Turbojet ferry port is at Hongkong Macau Sheung Wan Terminal, get off at Sheung Wan MTR station, in the Sun Tech building. The directions are quite clear, but if you get lost, you can ask the information center at the MTR station. The ferry is big, clean, and on time. Boarding is enough to show the Traveloka e-voucher. Don't forget to take the time to check at immigration. After checking immigration, go straight to Gate Turbo Jet, to the boarding counter to choose a seat. It is better to arrive at the port 30 minutes before departure time so that there is enough time for immigration and boarding. If you arrive at Gate Turbo Jet too early, you can request to board a ferry with an earlier schedule so that you don't have to wait too long and arrive at Macau faster. from the ship and the trip was actually great. but a bit confused about finding the departure address. because there are 2 departure addresses listed. I think it can be done in both. Turns out it's just one of them. I only found out after arriving and asking the staff. finally had to walk a long way to the other station. the good thing is that it's still a rush
