I like how all the crowd really appreciate the nature and not going to close to the penguins

I am a tourist from Indonesia. It was an interesting experience watching the penguin parade. It would be nice to bring night view binoculars.

The path to the penguin show is safe enough and comfortable. Also, you can watch the penguin runs in eye level if you go to the bottom observatory

Took many photos and videos with little penguins. Also the view from where I sit is very amazing

The show starts on time and really enjoy the whole show by the little penguins

I have booked the philip Island Penguine Parade on 1 Apr for 4 Apr, the voucher was not sent to me until 4 Apr. On 5 Apr, you have sent me an email telling me it is cancelled, causing me time and financial loss.

I bought the tickets two weeks ago from this website. But they saied later that capacity is full. Now it's been two weeks since they didn't return the money and they send emails and asking review every day!

I booked the Penguin Plus tickets, but while I redeem the tickets at front desk,they are General Viewing tickets,why is that? You charged me the Penguin Plus price!And I need the penguin plus tickets! You are cheating me!
