It's a shame that Taka Makasar can't go down to the sand, because the boat is big, Kanawa's dock is being repaired, so we just swim in the sea, look for turtles, which are very rare, even looking for mantas, there aren't any...

1. Tour guide misguided us by concealing important information about tour and revealing only 1 day before our travel leaving no choice but have to continue with whatever option was available. 2 pathetic customer care, they don't know how to speak with customer, kept us on hold for long time and cancelled the call abruptly. 3. intentionally came late to pickup (30 mins delay). 4. Charged higher amount to us as compare to other passengers in the trip. 5. Only after Traveoka intervention, refunded the additional money after 1 week of completing of trip.
