Good breakfast

The hotel is retro and fun, however the pillows were very thick, stiff and uncomfortable. We asked for thinner, softer pillows, but they only had one style. We both had bad nights’ sleeps.

The staff was great. Loved the hotel decor. Rooms were not great. Need improvement

Need hooks for towels. Need grab bar to get out of shower. Toilet too low. Room was not well dusted. Would stay again in spite of these issues.

We loved this hotel! Lots of 60’s memorabilia throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet is not included however the hotel staff (Ellen) comped us 2 breakfast vouchers. Delicious buffet- real eggs! The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. We will definitely recommend and return!

I checked in late. The air conditioner didn’t work. The thermostat was useless. I woke up sweating and gasping. When I called the reception, they weren’t able to help as it was midnight. Waste of my money. I was too tired to even argue with them and just opened the window and slept.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The decor was quite entertaining with items of interest popping up everywhere you looked. Our room met our needs and we would stay here again.

Convenient location

The staff in The Pantry were very friendly and helpful. Francine and the two young gentlemen were especially friendly and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the hospitality on each of our eight days at the hotel as we visited with family in Ashland. Respectfully, “Tom Hanks and Linda,” from Padova, Italy.

Great Property

Cool vibe hotel, close to restaurants, shopping, Boston

Room was dirty with surfaces dust covered and carpet poorly vacuumed. Toilet didn’t flush properly. No mini fridge or microwave. Noisy with workmen doing noisy repairs right outside my door at 9:30am on Sunday morning. Fitness room was good.
