Everything is super clean. I like how there is not carpet in the rooms. The breakfast is a little lacking though, so don’t get too excited about that.

The room had a strong perfume smell but didn’t feel clean. There were head prints from dirty hair on the headboard, a hair in the bathroom sink and particulate matter on the floor. (Not sure what it was). The walls are so thin we could hear the neighbors conversation and dogs. Breakfast had very few choices. Disappointing. The only place to sit and watch TV was the bed. Desk chair was hard as a rock and there was this strange corner chair by the closet…lousy seating in the room. TV signal was inconsistent.

Overall, our stay was great. The only misunderstanding we had was that we didn’t know we had to request housekeeping service. There was a sign at the front desk which we didn’t see during check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!! Breakfast was very good. I don’t understand why there wasn’t a tub mat or non slip surface for the tub. We improvised by using a hand towel,but a mat would have been preferable.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The room was quiet, even though there was a family with children right next door. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and gave us a great night's sleep. Breakfast was very good. We would recommend highly to anyone.

Not a big breakfast eater, and I would have said 5 stars, but the morning breakfast area could have been cleaner and better stocked. Tables needed wiping and food needed to be restocked.

Didn’t appreciate staff eating breakfast with guests-most hot foods like eggs and hash browns were empty because of that. We were told there was no more hot food left even though we were in dining room at 9 am. Also did not appreciate extra non refundable pet charge. Our dog is quiet and clean so to add an extra charge is just an added tax. Some owners didn’t pay that extra fee and left their pets outside in their cars and dogs barked all night and kept waking me up. Don’t think I would pay over $200 and stay here again.

Nice enough place to stay for the price

Nice small property with a great location and good dog walking area (hilly). Hotel and rooms were clean which is the most important thing. A few nits were a broken door to our room that had to slammed to secure and no wi-fi on our floor which I was told would be fixed sometime later. They offered to move us to a different floor but we had already moved from a room that smelled of smoke (not hotels fault).Nice people, simple very basic breakfast but I would stay there agin.

Hotel was average. Rooms look nice with modern furniture. Our room had some cobwebs on the ceiling above the bed which was a little off putting. They have blackout curtains which are nice but don’t fully cover the windows. The heat/ac was inconsistent. We set it at 73 and the what would come on, then it would blow cold and go down to 70. You had to keep changing the temp to get it warm again. The beds have these half size pillows on them which are horrible. The room doors constantly move and make a clicking sound constantly. I assume it’s some air pressure change in the hallway that moves them but you hear it all night long. We barely got any sleep. We had 4 people in our room. The room was set up with 4 bath towels but only 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths which was odd but not a huge issue. The cleaning staff didn’t really clean our room. They gave us 3 new bath towels (no hand towels or washcloths, again weird since there was 4 of us), they emptied the trash, and that was it. Didn’t make the beds or clean the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was decent. About what you’d expect. Only real complaint is the waffle batter is very watered down so you end up with a half cooked soggy waffle. For as much as they’re charging, I expected better.

Nice suite

My biggest complaint was that our towels were dirty. We got in late and the towels had blue dye and the other had makeup on it. The front desk was welcoming and friendly.
