This is a beautiful property with a heated pool. We spend the evening around the firepit making s'mores. The staff are helpful and friendly. My son made waffles for breakfast and I had the hot breakfast. There was a little wear in the bathroom area, hopefully that will be renovated.

The property wasn’t exactly as we had anticipated, I will say the photographer did a great job at making the resort feel more excluded than it was. However, the staff was incredible and our stay was great. My only recommendation is to get a room on the 2nd story as we were constantly getting woke up by people above us stomping around. The fireplace worked well at adding ambiance and heating the room. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The staff is great. Very accommodating. Room was comfortable. Being on the first floor meant listening to the people on the second floor stomp around. Every toilet flush or shower is also a bother.

The facility was very clean. Rooms were spacious. Bed very comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. I would suggest that they don’t put families with young kids on the upper floor. Constant running and jumping above us made for a miserable sleep.

Michael was so kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Can't imagine a better place to stay. Everything was great. Guys at the desk could not have been better with area suggestions and just friendly conversation. Breakfast was full of great options. Room was spacious and hotel located in great area. Wish we were closer to Sedona -- we'd make this a regular stop.

Average hotel in the area. Definitely other options but was only there one night and booked last minute. Room was clean enough, they upgraded me to a room with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Door swung shut but didn't seal quite right so was a little noisy when people walked by talking.

Clean rooms, convenient location close to the trails/shopping mall. Breakfast is ok but limited hot food variety. Shower water is not hot enough.

Awesome property and excellent staff! Vishal and all staff were very welcoming.

The hotel was lovely, and was a short walk to many amenities such as gas stations, restaurants, and some local trail heads. The pool and fire pit area was picture perfect and so cozy. Though we had some noisy neighbors, the rooms were comfortable and did the job for the short stay we had. I must say though, the man at reception is really what gave this review a 5 star rating. David helped with my checking-in process, and I truly could not have picked a better person for the job. He was so eager to help, and give suggestions on nearby restaurants and things to do. He was very polite and helpful, offering assistance with whatever we needed- he even offered this pregnant mama some chocolate! David made our stay in Sedona feel like home, and has made it on my top #3 favourite memories from our trip to Arizona.
