Had no issues at all. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Unprofessional maintenance of rooms.

The breakfast was too sugary and high in carbs. Limited healthy foods.

The staff is super friendly. This hotel is so clean and well located.

The hotel reached out to me with email while we were traveling and offered to answer if I needed something. That is the first time I have had that friendly service directly from a hotel. We had a comfortable stay, a good breakfast and couldn't really ask for more.

Overall good stay. Room was clean. Staff nice. Heater didn't work in room. Set thermostat at 80 degrees just to see if we would get heat and we just got cold air so we turned it off and the room was warmer without it running. This of course was on the coldest weekend in Savannah. We were at the end of the hallway so we liked to park near the door at the end of the hall but the key card reader wasn't working. Reported it to the staff at the desk and he didn't seem too concerned about it so we didn't bother with the heater.

Staff was helpful and friendly

The room has a bad light switch with a short in the bathroom (219). It would not stay on, or cut off randomly. We were there 10 night and had to ask daily for towels service and to have the room cleaned. It only happened twice without re-asking. The hotel is very noisy because of the location. The best part was the breakfast, and it was usually excellent.

Bathroom gross

Nice person at front desk. Clean, comfortable room. Ate at Milan, a restaurant close by.

We only stayed for one night. We liked the breakfast provided.

Hole in bathroom door and just not very comfy I ended up leaving a few hours after checking in

I liked it as it was very convenient to Rt 95. I also like there was a bar/restaurant next door. I didn’t like kids running in hall at night and people gathering and talking in hallway outside my door. No OJ at the breakfast but overall not a bad place for the money.

Clean and convenient

Liked the price and the staff Disliked Toilet didn’t work properly.

Immaculate room with every surface and linens in excellent condition. Couldn't have been more pleased - did not expect such nice accommodations for the price.

Spacious room. Incredibly comfortable beds and pillows.
