Very convenient

Was a nice, friendly place to stay and staff was quick all around from valet to front desk.

Beautiful hotel wonderful staff

This is my go-to place in Cincinnati. Sometimes stay over at the banks but this is much more chill and laid-back and quiet and you can walk along the river and there are restaurants and bars and walking distance. Super quiet, Great valet. Well organized. Great value

This property is perfect for attending an event on either side of the river. The walking bridge provides easy access to Cincy.

I was greeted with a warm and very personable staff. They were quick to ask how I was doing. If there was anything that I needed there is a lot to do around the hotel and Cincinnati is literally right across the river view

Property was fine, staff was rude, food was terrible, bed was comfortable, room was clean, free breakfast was terrible.

Great property, superb service. Area behind the hotel is industrial area, feels a bit unsafe.

Room and hotel was really nice. Tv didn’t work but the view from the room over the riverfront to look at the city was amazing!

It was ok. I found a small bug in my bed and had to end up switching rooms. The staff was ok.

It was nice, and the service was good. Was under the impression the hotel breakfast was free but my wife and I and our friends were charged 40$ for the breakfast. Thumbs down on that

Great placed but they don’t enforce the 9pm quiet time in the atrium. So, at 1am I heard hooting and hollering from drunks and I was on the 7th floor…

Had a wonderful weekend stay. Staff could now have been nicer. Traveling with my six year old daughter and so many staff made her feel like a VIP. We so appreciated them going above and beyond
