On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming, I believe the lady who dealt with us was called Katie. The staff in the restaurant in the evening again were lovely, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

It was clean and well appointed. However, it had a corporate feel with dated furnishings and resources. No USB points that I could see. The toilet flush didn’t work properly.

We had an amazing time staying here every thing.

The hotel is nice…we found the spa, swimming pool area nice…. The rooms are dated. Pleasant enough but dated. Some of the staff were not the most professional and a bit curt. Overall a nice enough hotel if not a bit dated.

The hotel is very attractive and in a good setting convenient for the motorway network. The rooms are nice . The staff could have been a bit more friendly we found them quite formal. We received conflicting information about the cost and availability of some services. For example, some of us were told that there was no facility to store luggage, others had their luggage stored without a problem.

I Spent a night here on business. It provided a quiet and friendly environment, with a good restaurant, making it an ideal place to stay after a long hard day's work.

The room was spacious, however dirty and upon entry I found it smelled really bad, I learned the reason for this when I went in the bathroom. Additionally after the wedding I was attending I couldn’t renter my room, at first the key was replace and after this happened twice, the receptionist told me she would see what the problem was and return. I waited in the bar area until she said it was the battery for the electronic lock. I waited until it was fixed which was roughly between 1-2am. She offered to give me a free drink at the bar, but I wanted to go to bed so declined. The breakfast wasn’t great but note I am vegetarian.

Friendly staff allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm as room was ready which was convenient. Comfortable room. Staff very friendly. Food was very tasty and good portion sizes. Spa facilities very good.

Nice location convenient for Watermill Theatre. Friendly staff. Wifi in our room dreadful but fine in the public area. Good spa and pool

Great location, really comfortable room with everything you need, great breakfast, but most of all really nice staff / service which makes all the difference. Dog friendly as well!

Clean room and well kept hotel. The pillows were a big large and hard for me so not as good sleep as I would have liked but the bed was comfortable. Staff were all lovely.

Very good stay

Could only order the 2 for one cocktails in a certain bar but you could then take them in the other bar after!? Made no sense. Decor is very dated. Food was very good from restaurant. Jacuzzi was out of action again. Was an ok stay but would not return
