The property has gone down hill. Even though they are remodeling the rooms it just seems going down. They closed the one restaurant, ice machines no longer work, removed hair dryers from the rooms. Windows were dirty. The lights at nite shine extremely bright into the room as the old curtains do not completely close. The cigarette smoke was nauseating. Unfortunately will not stay there again nor recommend. I normally stay there while on a work trip.

Its Laughlin, can't be too upset. But most of the service here was poor, other than the front desk and general store. The room could have been a little cleaner, but again, its Laughlin.

I absolutely love this hotel been going since before the remodel. Everything about this hotel is amazing just sad that they closed Bighorn Cafe it was always busy also the buffet I wish they would open them back up.

The casino was very good however the room was not as clean as you would like it to be. The toilet seat was broken and the counter still had hair and debris on it.

The stay was pleasant not very many people however my mom still won a lot of money on the slot machines

I forget his name, (he works swing shift, bald) but thebartender that works downstairs is amazing. He remembered us from our previous stay which was iver 6 months ago. When we sat at the bar, he already had iur drinks made and engaged in just enough conversation.
