I was happy that this hotel was "pet friendly" until they would not allow me to have my dog (little chiweenie) with me at breakfast. I just rolled with it though. The bathroom floor had dirt along the edges and in the corners. The bed was so comfortable and I slept very well the first night. The softened water coupled with the Dove shampoo left my hair soft, smooth and silky. Housekeeping did come knocking the first morning. It would be more eco-friendly for guests to request when service is needed. Staff is helpful. Room was good temp. Breakfast was good. Great location to everything. I probably will not choose this hotel next time.

Aging property with few amenities. An average property.

If you are in Greensburg this is the only place to stay! It's basically the Ritz compared to what is around. Book it!

Clean and quiet

Room was not very clean. Hot water in shower was lukewarm, at best. Saw a cockroach on the wall in the hallway.

The front desk people are always nice at check-in. I usually have to leave a hotel before breakfast starts. Most hotels are okay with going in and getting something that is either cold, like fruit, muffins etc, or will let you get something hot if it's ready. This Holiday Inn Express puts ropes around the serving area and will not let you in before the 6:30 opening. That takes away from this place being inviting. The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. I wish they would either get new linens, or at least use fabric softener. The towels and washcloths are pretty rough. The hot tub is always working when I'm there, which is a big deal to me. There is a Buffalo Wings and Rings restaurant in the parking lot area. Aside from the things mentioned above, I always enjoy staying at this location.

HDI Express offers free breakfast with an assortment of options. The hotel is spotless and usually quiet in the evening with Wolf Theater across the parking lot!

The motel was very clean, friendly staff and was able to get late checkout. Breakfast was offered later than most places I’ve stayed. Housekeeping came and made the beds and changed out the towels during our stay, which is very unusual since Covid.

Everything looked very new and clean. Beds were comfortable. Liked the Keurig in the room.

After a long day of driving, this hotel was exactly what we needed. It was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The whirlpool hot tub by the pool was very relaxing. The area was safe and easy to find.
