Everyone was nice

Staff is very nice and easy check in.

We stay here because it is pet friendly and comfortable...however, not impressed with the breakfast. Waffles good but everything else mediocre. I had the oatmeal which was fine but topping were mostly out, brown sugar seemed old and dry had to scrape it.

Here’s a revised version of your review: “We were assigned rooms that were already occupied—not once, but twice. Each time, we accidentally disturbed the current guests when unlocking the door. Additionally, the so-called non-smoking areas were filled with smoke, making it unpleasant.”

Very friendly welcome and quiet stay

I was sickened. The facecloth had make up on it. The top sheet was very thin and wrinkled. It looked used. These 2 items are important when feeling the cleanliness of the room. No lids for the coffee cups in the breakfast area.

The shower water was lukewarm at best and the breakfast was unappetizing. Sports channels were unavailable to top it all off. Staff was friendly and bed was comfortable, but overall not my favorite stay.

I loved my stay here. It’s close by the mall and restaurants as well. The staff was good and took care of me too. I will definitely be coming back.

Rooms are dated, bathroom fan rattles and extremely loud. Towels are worn and stained

You charged me for 2 days that i didnt stay there. Then promised a resolution only to ignore and then finally say too bad. No help. Thank you for nothing very good how you treat hirricane victims. Ill be sure to let my friends know

Great place & great staff...

Room was very clean. Water pressure in shower was very very low, other than that everything was excellent. Very good rate for such a pristine hotel. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good.
