Very central

The staff was very helpful. There was no recycle container for recycling. No plastic liner in the shower. Very good restaurant for supper . Very close to downtown Magog and stores and restaurants galore. If not for the rain both days it would have been perfect. Hotel room was great. Very comfy king size bed. Lots of pillows and blankets in case. Very nice hotel with elevator.

A good place to stay. The price was good and the location was perfect (less than 2 minutes of walk and you're on the principal street!

Our stay was quite enjoyable with little to complain about. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but one had to be careful regarding the soft edges of the mattress so as to not slide onto the floor. Would recommend for a short stay.

Room was clean and tidy. The staff was exceptional. They handled my requests with pleasure. They were very friendly. They spike both French and English. I would not hesitate to book there again.

Lovely, small inn that was well-suited for our overnight stay on a trip to New Brunswick. We didn't have much chance to explore the town, but there is a great cafe next door, and a McDonald's across the street. The freight train going through town was audible in the quiet of the morning, but there was no noise during the night. The bed was fine and we had a good sleep. Would certainly consider staying here another time.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Cleanliness of room and bathroom, quality beds and quality white bed linens, renovated room and bathroom - these are our priorities. All of these standards were met perfectly. Have breakfast next door at The White Horse - absolutely classy and lovely.

I had the room I was hoping to get. View of the lake and the colors of the trees in fall is beautiful. Very quiet, i was not disturbed at all by neighbours or other sounds. Bed is comfortable, a lot of pillows, very nice!

Lots of nice walking trails along the waterfront. A great choice of restaurants and pubs within walking distance.

Comfortable room nice bed tv and shower had lots of hot water without waiting. Quiet room air conditioner worked well. Could not open windows so the air was a bit stuffy and dry during the night. Convenient and walkable location.

This as was an old but clean hotel. I has been updated. the rooms were very nice.

No night light, most hotels have them for safety. At the entry, would be better to have a small ramp to facilitate bringing bags in. Otherwise it’s very nice
