Great hotel in a dingy part of town.

Very nice and charming hotel. The staff is amazing. We were welcomed like old friends and given numerous tips for our 3 day stay in Catania. Breakfast is good and you can get freshly made scrambled eggs ( real eggs!) served with a smile. Order double espresso and add hot water to have really good coffee as americano is likely an instant coffee. Bed is very comfy with spotless white sheets. The area around looks a bit sketchy, but we never encountered any problems.

We had a wonderful stay at Liberty Hotel. It was beautiful inside, and all the people working there went above and beyond. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a lovely hotel with very helpful staff! We arrived early and instead of having to wait for check-in, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite and checked in early! The hotel is walkable to neighborhood trattorias and city attractions and Bellini park.

Nice hotel, fairly central, although it isn't obvious from the street map that it is up a hill from the centre! Comfortable room, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

Staff at Liberty Hotel front desk were amazing; they couldn’t do enough for us from checking in to parking our rental car to offering dinner suggestions to assisting with check out!!

Beautiful small hotel

A great stay, perfect location, staff lovely and arranged taxi to airport on departure.

The concierges were lovely and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and fresh produce. The waitperson was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently walkable to the main centre.

Definitely referrable and the front desk person was amazing as far as answering our questions and directing us to good restaurants and what to see .

Liberty Hotel is truly Old World Elegance. From the high ceilings to the sitting room bar to the customer service it was like going back to a more genteel time —— but with a GREAT shower!

The staff at this hotel are amazing. They look after you - from prompt room service to advice on local travel and tours. I didn’t have an emergency but I’m sure if I had they would have helped. The room was lovely - clean and the air con worked which was good as Sicily in August is very hot. 24 hour reception is a big bonus for solo travellers. I would definitely stay there again.
