It was a nice small apartment. It definitely was not a resort. The pool was nice but was closed when I was there. It is located in the center of town and not near train. Parking was on street with extra pay for their garage. It was comfortable for me as I would get up and drive 50+ km to see things, Not much in Salou. Staff was great. Overall I didn't mind the place but felt like there were probably better places to choose from.

The whole experience was amazing. Very clean, with all kitchen utensils you could want. The air conditioning was only in the lounge and one bedroom, the second bedroom had none which was a bit of an issue for us. The staff were amazing though, nothing was any trouble for them. And the pool was the highlight - kids and parents loved it. Great location too,so would definitely recommend

All disgusting we didn't like anything. It was a wrong choice The guy who dealt with us, "Amin", was extremely rude, impolite, nervous, disrecpictful and very bad manneed. Since we enter to the flat your skin starts to itch harshly. The flat wasn't clean at all and we are pretty sure the furniture was infestation. Our children coulding sleep on the worn out sofa we had to let the kids sleep on the tiny bed and we had to sleep on the floor for three nights When we booked with this Resort our expection was as a private resort but the reality is that this place is an appartment shred with other private owners as well as the swimimg pool shared with all people lived there from out of resort. When we booked as pets not allowed resort (my kids are allergies to pets) we heard a dog barking on the same floor on the flat next our flat. When we complained the response was ridiculed and he said it is normal and we have no control as it is a shared accommodation with people from outside the hotel. The shower tap was broken. The switch of the "air conditioner water drain controller" was broken and it wasn't safe. The flat is very very old looks like you are in 70cs. However, When we complained the guy didn't give any attention to our complain and only he shouting at my wife and at me in front of kids without any respectful and accusing us of lying. We had to clean it ourselves. You easily spot the dirty on the walls. The toilet need to refurbish. The shower floor slippy and there is no water barrier in the shower area

Rooms are extremely clean. Lots of cooking utensils available in the apartment. Reception is very friendly and helpful

The reception and cleaning staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is really good for a town break, lots of eateries nearby. The place itself has a lovely swimming pool. The one bed apartment we had was very clean. Unfortunately the tv in the front room and bedroom was not a smart tv so as there were no English speaking sides or an ability to load sky go we could not watch any programs.
