Room was clean

I have an allergy to scent, either the staff was wearing alot of perfume, or there was a very perfumy air freshener. There was no way we would have been able to participate in the breakfast because of that. This is not thw first time we have stayed there, we returned out of convenience. Same issue both times. We had a king size bed, that had such a depression in the centre, that one of us slept in the middle, while the other has the edge. Could barely move next day. The amenities in the lobby ie: chips etc, were insanely priced. We had our grandchildren visit, and a bag of chips was $10! Gouging big time!

liked the breakfast and the coffee was delicious on the first morning but the second morning it had a dark brown film on the cup,,,, We had put out our do not disturb sign as we didn't want housekeeping to come in... and when we came back the sign was gone and housekeeping had gone in and made the bed....the lady at the front desk apologized and then asked if I had put the sign on the front or the back of the door.......... ..

The staff at the 9pm hour was extremely friendly and very polite. She was fast and efficient with checking me in and making me feel welcomed.

Very clean and upto date with all electronics

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and accommodating. Stayed for a hockey tournament, excellent location close to amenities and arena. Would stay again

Clean and comfortable

Only there for one night. Woman at front desk was lovely and very helpful.

Great room but microwave not working. Used the one in the lobby so no real inconvenience

Beds were comfy. Great staff!

Pool & hot tub

Most of the hotels provide around 2 bottles of complementary water bottles. When I reached, I was thirsty and there is no water bottles in the room. I had to go to nearest convenience store to buy some. There was no garbage bin in the bathroom. It was very annoying. The one given near the coffee table was very small (not enough for 4 beer cans). I was wondering why this cost cutting...

I really appreciated access to coffee and hot water and creamers,and teabags in the lobby. I was pleased to make myself tea in the evening to go with my supper that I brought into my room. The only thing missing was milkettes for my tea.

Honestly the room was disgusting, bathtub that’s beside the bed was filthy and mattress was sinking in the middle. Made the night almost impossible to sleep.

Stayed while on business. Will stay again.
