The bathroom shower leaked, our ac didn’t work properly and when I brought it up to the front desk was told “oh sorry” and that was it

The pool area was very nice. We enjoyed a quality cocktail at the bar served by Tia!

The location to the AdventHealth Hospital was great. I recommend it for those caring for recovering and sick family members. The property was ok. I have stayed at melia's all over the world, this was my least favorite. No room service later at night, that was tough because of leaving the hospital late. The room was ok.

kind need up date ,we love these property before but now its desperate for up date....

First let me say that the property is nice and a perfect location. Our unit was dirty and I had to fix the toilet chain to flush every time. Also the shower handle is loose and either slides all the way hot or all the way cold. They are definitely doing the minimum to keep it in the rental program.

I like the property but it needs to be maintained better to keep its standard

I have stayed at the Meliá 4 times now and this time it was not a good stay, I reserved a king bed suite and was given 2 queen beds the staff was helpful and switched my room to the king bed suit but the room was handicap the bathroom had a bathtub with no shower curtain which wasn’t convenient for me so they switched me a 3rd time to a proper room however the cleaning failed horribly there was dried boogers and blood all over the headboard and bathroom door and lots of hair under the bathroom door we were honestly disgusted and not sure we will return after this.

Check in was quick and easy and so friendly. Odett was our server at brunch, she was lovely and attentive. The grounds were beautiful. Super clise to WDW.

For starters the light in the living room was broken and didn’t work the whole time we were there. The shower knob was broken and never fixed, the safe was also broken and then finally fixed and by maintenance.

Title: Exceptional Stay During a Difficult Time I recently stayed at this hotel for nearly two weeks while I had a family member in the hospital, and I cannot praise the staff enough. They were incredibly attentive, understanding, and accommodating as I had to extend my stay almost every other day. Their kindness made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The property itself is fantastic—great restaurant options, a relaxing pool area, and a prime location. The comfort and care provided made me feel at home. I’ll definitely be returning under better circumstances next time. Highly recommend!

Great value and convenient location

Thank you to the whole staff! It was amazing the property is nice, near the parks and disney springs. Thanks to the Venezulan staff they are amazing. Will come back.
