Nice hotel with views of the lake and secure car park town within walking distance too .nice breakfast and attentive personnel pool ok

Very nice hotel, excellently maintained, directly across the street from Lake Lugano and the Paradiso boat ferry stop. Not in the town center of Lugano but a short 1 KM walk from the center which we appreciated. Close to everything but a little removed and hence quieter

A very goods hotel this is the third time we have stayed at the hotel for a two night stop over as part of a holiday. Clean, friendly staff excellent facilities. We would highly recommend this hotel

The pool was difficult to locate. No sun. too much shade. But the view of Lac Lugano was amazing.

The room was a bit small considering we got a "suite, but the hotel was absolutely gorgeous, and the location was perfect

The guys at the front desk were quite friendly and helpful - even though we speak only English. The location is amazing as it is right in the waterfront. We would have liked more air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious, beautiful and had so many options.

If you want an inexpensive place with proximity to shops and things to do this is a great option breakfast as excellent

Very well located for access to Paradiso fery dock & train station, as well as central Lugano. Very friendly & helpful staff.

We had a small problem at check in with the room but the gentleman on reception was really great and we changed room. His professional manner and advice regarding the room was very good. We had a good stay and would happily stay again. Loved having a balcony to look out over the lake. Stunning.

Nice location

Sure some of the room decor needs updating. But great location, very comfortable and quiet. Reception and breakfast staff were great.

Across the street from the promenade and lake which is great . Had to take taxi from/ to main train station which was very expensive . Our room booking said “ partial view “ but that was only if you turned head 90 degrees standing on tiny balcony , we mostly just saw another building .

the location

This was a good hotel in a built up area, right across the road from the lake. We booked a room on the side of the hotel with a partial view of the lake and after initially giving us the wrong room, they corrected it immediately. Our room was comfortable and quiet (with the windows closed) and had a small balcony where we sat and enjoyed a view of part of the lake. The bathroom was a standard hotel bathroom. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, not awesome, but there was a lot of choice and the coffee was excellent. The hotel was within comfortable walking distance of Lugano center and just 10 minutes from the funicular that goes to the top of San Salvatore (well worth it!), so thumbs up on location. In my view it was expensive for what it was. Our other hotels in Switzerland were all less expensive. But perhaps being on the lake in Lugano in August is just at a premium.

Furniture was old and overall Hotel appearance had a old feeling

Everything about staying here was a treat. A comfortable walk along the lake to restaurants and shops. Staff was exceptional and facilities clean and modern.
