Accommodation asked for 2K Baht deposit

The room is not soundproof. There is a sound from the water pipes and the sound comes from the air conditioner vents. The technician came to fix it and tighten the nuts. It is still loud at night. The old furniture looks scary and gloomy. The staff is very good. They greet everyone. Friendly staffs and good service mind. The restaurant on the 38th floor has a very good atmosphere.

Decent for the price and more spacious, but rooms a tad old and smell that way. Relatively big gym.

Check in took too long. Booked a room with 1 large bed but when checking in, they were only given a room with 2 single beds. 2 staff stood at the door watching guests carry their own luggage. The room was very spacious, reasonable price. The hotel was a bit old.

Great staycation at this hotel. Convenient to park your car. Comes with great view over the balcony. Credit to traveloka side and hotel's reservation staff for allowing me to change the date of check in at last minute due to unforeseen circumstances

It is another hotel that is on our list, if coming to Bangkok must come back to stay here. We did not intend to come to rest, we came to do business, but when we stayed, we felt that we were able to relax in ourselves. The room was quiet, peaceful, without any disturbance. The view from the bed is very unbreataking ☺️ I like it very much when it's about to rain and there is lightning. Well, we got a room on the 32nd floor, it's great, the bed is soft, collapsed all over the body and did not want to get up. The room is so classy. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Youngsters at the Chinese restaurant have lovely service. There is definitely a chance to go back again.

Overall is fine. I think it's worth the price but there's something that's bothering me. First, the carpet on my floor smells musty. I mean it's really bad that I have to hold my breath when walking from an elevator to my room. Second, the car park is not convenient at all. It's in a separate building from hotel lobby.

One of the best value for money 5-star hotel in Sathorn/ Silom area! Very spacious one bedroom room, tremendous service! Based on the furniture seems like it is an old hotel, but very well-managed. Input: water pressure in shower should be increased

Very pleasant stay. Staff here are extremely helpful. Big shoutout to Ms Echo who exhibits her professionalism in giving advices to tourist and kind help in every way. Also Mr Sa-Tang who takes care the restaurant, he is taking care every diners here!

great experience and service was great. Ground staff is superb, especially the one who assisted us to call for cabs for the 3 days. Extraordinary services from him. He was very helpful and thoughtful, I will definitely go back to Anantara. It is a blessed to stay there.
