Close to diffetent venues and clean

The stay started out nicely. Easy check-in Room was clean and spacious. Problem was neighboring room was smoking until 4am and the smell wafting over which made it very difficult to sleep. It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel and we called the front desk to report the issue at 9pm but nothing changed and the smoking continued.

Overall great stay with kids, excellent location. The cost of parking is crazy with all the extra fees, but I guess that comes with the location.

Amazing best hotel I have ever stayed at

We are becoming "regulars" at The Maxwell Hotel and for good reason: decent prices, killer location, and a high-quality property with wonderful amenities and service.

The staff at the Maxwell always go out of their way to make our stay exceptional. We look forward to our next trip to Seattle and a stay at The Maxwell.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at the Maxwell Hotel. The robes, complimentary water bottles, and extra pineapple details were well thought out and added a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay and the pineapple theme! My son wanted to keep the dog who is the ambassador for the hotel, had we been going to stay longer or able to use the pool I would have loved to try the robes and slippers! I love the free drink tokens, that was super fun! Upon check out my son who is 11 and loves to play classical piano asked the staff if he could play the grand piano in the lobby of the area near the cafe. He was so touched as staff stopped and listened, clapped and encouraged him while they got their coffee or walked through and the front desk worker asked how long my son had been playing as he finished up a piece by Debussy and I told him about 5 years. It was such a fun experience for my son, my other child who is 19 and was with us this trip also had a fantastic time and loved the location as it’s close to just about everything a young adult would want to do and see in Seattle, husband and I appreciated the clean environment, comfortable beds and duvets. Just overall a great stay and play to stay!

Branding is on point! Awesome hotel in all aspects. Love the cheap and easy breakfast. The free water bottle is an anomaly. I travel about 200 days a year. This is by far the coolest hotel ive stayed at. The fact that you put cold creamer in the fridge is awesome. Never seen that before. Will stay at a pineapple anytime im in a cityy with one. 10 out of 10!

Love that they welcome dogs of all sizes and breeds, love the friendliness of the staff, love the location, love the cute decor and cozy rooms. My boyfriend and I had a really great time
