Very very friendly staff, the lady that check us in was very nice and helpful. She was also the one who check us out and she is very helpful with our luggage for Yamato service. Hotel location was excellent, it is close to everything that necessary, walking distance to Kuromon Market and Dotonbori area. MRT is just right in the hotel corner as well many of shopping places. Very pleasant place to stay and very clean.

Location is the best, near Namba station and Dotonbori.

The location of the Hotel is ideal for travellers and the room facilities are outstanding. I also appreciate the housekeeping very much as the cleanliness of the room is good. There is also a place where you can chill with your friends (canot remember which floor).

The hotel location is very strategic close to the station and many restaurants. In the room there is a washing machine & also complete equipment for cooking. Clean rooms, very good breakfast. Recommendations to stay here when you go to Osaka.

Stayed at 1 bedroom unit and it was spacious for 3 of us (with 2 year old kid). The room was cleaned everyday. Also, the Location is very convenient as it is surrounded by restaurants, convenient store, mrt station, and shopping malls. Surely, will come back again if travelling again to Osaka.
