There was no window in our room. Also the room was quite hot and we couldn't get it colder.

It was a great hotel. The rooms were clean, quiet and ready when we arrived. The only complaint was the front desk staff wasn't too friendly or helpful.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property. I fully intend to stay here my next visit to Paris.

The Lyric Hotel in Paris was an exquisite place, that I would recommend highly to any newcomers who plan on visiting! We stayed for 4 nights, and our room was beautiful and so clean. The location is very close to everything, making walks to famous sights not that far. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Not to mention my favourite part were the amenities! The sauna and spa really ended the day with a good note after walking all day.

Location was great! Staff very helpful and friendly. The only reason why I didn't give this 5 stars is that there isn't enough storage space in the room. We stayed there for 7 days and it would have been nice if there were drawer space.

Most of the things were what we expected. Good location near the tourist attractions and you can get to most places on the metro. The staff were really friendly and helpful. When we were there, it wasn't too hectic or noisy, so it was great. Breakfast was nice. The only criticism is that the pressure for shower and tap however weren't very good at the top floor and it was inconvenient.

We stayed at Lyric for a week for our Honeymoon this past November. The room was very clean and comfortable. The spa in the basement is a great bonus - we used it several times to feel refreshed and revived after our flight and again after a long day exploring the city. The only complaints which are very minor were (1) we’d return for the day & the heat in the room was oppressive. We’d open our balcony window on a winter night to balance it out. And (2) the lights were a bit fussy- the overhead light would only go off if we removed the room key. Lyric referred us to Joanne the tour guide - an absolute gem! We spent 4 hours touring sites of the French Revolution. Her knowledge of the city is incredible. Such a sweetheart as well. We really enjoyed getting to know her. Five plus stars for Joanne.
