The hotel would like to inform you that your reservation has been arranged in the correct room type that you booked on Traveloka (2 Superior Double). Because the hotel that day did not have enough 2 Superior rooms on the same floor, it was upgraded for free 1 room class for you (upgraded from 1 Superior to 1 Deluxe), When your family wants to receive both rooms, they are Deluxe. , the hotel has explained and wants you to compensate for the additional cost to upgrade the remaining room, you do not want to pay that extra cost, so you had an unsatisfactory stay at the hotel. The hotel is a bit outdated but clean. Staff clean the room. Change of towels every day At first, the water heater is not working. Notify the receptionist After a while, the mechanic came to repair it to use as normal.

There's no fridge in the room and they only provide just a cooler that can't store my beers and others item that need to fridge it to be cold
