Good service very helpful and friendly

Room had a bad smell the hotel did offer to move us but we only there 1 night and very early check out fue to early flight

Cold, bleak room which smelt very strange. Poor thin bedding. Grim, soulless bar area.

It was not as I expected it to be

Stayedbhere before ...would be nice if the parking was either free for customers or a reasonable price Didn't give 5, stars for that reason...and a mini fridge should be a given in a hotel of this stature

Very lovely hotel. Neat and warm. Good customer service but you have to pay 12£ for parking per day. The breakfast was lovely.

The room I was in had an unusual smell. This is not normal for this hotel. I was too tired by the time I checked in for 1 night to complain. Hotel is usually fine, clean and well serviced.

Rooms were good size but rooms were not acoustically sound which should be right next to a railway and airport

Be wary that parking is charged. Bar/eating area noisy and uncomfortable. Basic

Convenient, closer to airport and motorway. Ample car parking facilities but no electric car charging facilities- at least a few slow charging or 3 pin socket facilities would have been useful

Comfortable stay for overnight business trip. Clean, safe, great breakfast.

I found although the room was clean attention to detail in the cleanliness of the bathroom around the shower screen and base was dirty with mould around the shower screen base. The room was convenient for me and safe with a breakfast included which could have been fresher I.e. scrambled egg cold and dry but hearty and good selection

The hotel didn’t have my details initially then asked me to pay again , stood my family and I up in reception for a long while whilst they sorted things with Hotels.com. Very embarrassing. I need to take this up
