The Banyan Tree Hotel Shanghai is, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by an attentive and friendly staff that made me feel at home. The hotel’s design blends modern luxury with traditional Chinese elements, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom featured a luxurious soaking tub and high-end toiletries. The service was impeccable. The staff were always available and eager to assist, especially one name Vicky providing personalized recommendations and ensuring my comfort at all times. The dining options were exceptional, with a variety of delicious dishes and a rooftop restaurant offering breathtaking views. The hotel's facilities, including the indoor pool, gym, and spa, were top-notch, and its location made it easy to explore Shanghai’s main attractions. Banyan Tree Shanghai offers an unforgettable experience, combining luxury, comfort, and outstanding service in a way that truly sets it apart. It’s a place I’ll definitely return to.

A very nice hotel in Shanghai near with north bund, located in the heart of shanghai. very strategic area

Nice hotel and away from the noise of the city. Location is at the end of the Huangpu river but can use the ferry to get to Pudong from behind the hotel by paying 2 rmb / person. Rooms were large and comfortable. Thank you Banyan Tree Shanghai.
