Dark of hallway, smell was not good inside the room

We had a very nice stay in St Jacobs. The staff was all very friendly, beds and pillows were comfortable, and I’ve never slept so well away from home.

There were a couple of minor issues when we got to the room, but the staff was so helpful and so quick to fix the issues. We thank them and enjoyed our stay.

charging for electric vehicle is not complementary as it is at hotels across the street.......charging company continues to add to invoice even though the battery may be full - reading lamps on beds -- only one worked on each - toilet very slow to fill Wifi didn't work with instructions given - no fresh towels on Christmas Day -- did arrive after I complained but we had already left for the day -- worst of all -- Yogurt at breakfast was in a large bowl to be spooned out with a community spoon.........totally unsanitary

Large room with everything we needed

We booked a very comfortable suite with bedroom, sitting room, and kitchen. Very nice for a leisurely stay. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Service at check-in was excellent.

Have stayed here before with our dog and it is always a good experience

The heater was very noisy. The hair dryer barely had any heat.

The hotel was nice and clean. Hotel staff were very good. The only suggestion would be to improve offering for breakfast and provide better seating tables where they offer the breakfast.

It’s was pretty

Very nice hotel suite. Unfortunately check in was nightmare. Arrived 240 as did a few more people trying to check in. We all got the same story can't have your room til 3. At 3 the reception area jammed and we wait another 30 mins to be told computer system is very slow and not working. Just suggestion when you know your system is crashing and 3 people trying to check in 20 mins early finish off the registration and let them have the keys at 3. Im checking out today but still can't log into internet. Im here in my room with photocopies of my license and credit card on file.

The only thing I didn't like was the water-tasting orange juice; otherwise, everything was perfect. We will go back to this property. I hope they will obtain real orange juice.

Everything was grand. Not a great fan of the heating/ cooling system blowing over the bed at night but the room was so clean and staff incredibly helpful. I’ve booked another stay.

Good place and nice room with no issues. Quiet area when market is closed … not much around.

Terrible breakfast

We had a lovely stay here while we were in the process of moving. Staff were very friendly, hotel was very safe and clean. The room has a half kitchen with all of the things needed (dishes, cutlery, drinkware, electric kettle, toaster, cookware, etc). A full size fridge/freezer, 2 burner cooktop, and even a dishwasher. My daughter absolutely loved the salt water pool and the free breakfast each day was definitely a perk. Hotel is within walking distance to a few restaurants and the st Jacobs market, as well as a few minutes drive from amenities like grocery stores and shopping retailers. Bus stops are also nearby. We highly recommend this hotel, and will look for them again when we are travelling.
