I was pleasantly surprised. The location is best. The standard double room that I stayed in is big and was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Downsides would have to be the thin walls, thin enough to make me hear snoring from the other room. Water from the shower just trickles that I had to use a pail and dipper for bathing, both issues are tolerable to me. They should overhaul their breakfast menu. They did offer breakfast buffet for 180php which for me is not value for your money, omelet for them is scrambled egg, they have a pork/chicken dish and vegetable dish that is not representative of any breakfast from any country (those would be good for a lunch item though). I did not see any rodents at all. I did see cute dogs around the premises. The toilet flushes adequately. The real bonus would be the big porch where I was able to dry out my clothes. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location in corong corong and a beautiful view from our beach front room, but that’s about it. The room was dirty and there were beer bottles left from a previous guest. Bathroom and room felt very dirty, tap water smelled like sewage, toilet didn’t flush well, shower was cold. Make sure you bring your own soap/shampoo because none were provided. Food was cold and they really did not have very much selection. Staff were friendly enough but hard to find at times. The accommodation may be fine for some people but in my opinion it’s not a three star accommodation and definitely not worth what we paid for.

A quiet place just like what we were needed. Although the air conditioning in our room was not that helpful during daytime, it was still comfy to relax and chill.

Mixed emotions about this hotel. Mostly good but that's maybe because I chose to see the silver lining in the situation I found myself in. cleanliness - the rooms are clean but some rooms (yes I used more than one room in my 3 day total stay) have dusty floors and/or balconies. Maybe because the road is nearby and the vehicles cause the dust to be everywhere, but still they should try their best to keep it clean. Most common areas however are passably clean. service - some of the staff are not dependable, sorry to say; but a few are very professional and on top of their game. The female manager (I forgot her name) is a very patient, personable, and hardworking woman but the hotel needs to invest in training their staff (how to be efficient in what they do, how to communicate well in Filipino and English, and how to acknowledge and act on guests' needs urgently) as most of them just pale in comparison to the manager and are very slow to react. Warning, it can be frustrating. Location - great real beachfront location of the property, and if you are lucky to book the actual beachfront units, you will be inspired by the view. It's more peaceful to stay here because it's a few kilometers away from the town proper which in my opinion is overcrowded and poorly planned. comfort - they don't really charge a lot so I think the level of comfort you get is just right. The mattresses didn't give me a backache but the blankets were so thin. Good thing it wasn't cold at night during my stay. Meal - here's where they make up for their quirks. The chef makes really good meals - Filipino cuisine or other cuisine. The servings are generous and the food is very tasty. I had sinigang, it was awesome. The French ladies across my table commended the chef for their "excellent" sauteed vegetables; and if I'm not mistaken, the father of a Taiwanese family seated at the biggest table in the restaurant area made an effort to find him and shake his hand (or maybe even hand a tip) cause they were impressed with the banquet of food they were served. Only reason I'm not giving the hotel a perfect score for the meal category is due to the lifeless buffet breakfast.

Stayed in double bungalow with bathroom and aircondition. Very nice and spacious, Nice terrace and bungalow was right on the beach almost in the water. Only real downside was no wifi in the bungalow, and the wifi in the reception only worked 1 out of 4 days...
