The family room was spacious, clean and the pool is kids friendly. Nice place to stay. Btw the hotel is by the beach.

The hotel was old no lift at all, the room was dirty... black mold on ceilings, stains & hair on the blanket, black molds on the pillow. Even the wooden toilet door was already chipping. Not a very nice stay.

Front desk is very helpful and polite. Room is clean, hot water runs well, AC may take some time to cool the room down in hot weather. Breakfast not bad-nasi lemak, cereal, bread and fruit. Iron and Sejadah readily available in the room.

The location of the hotel in front of the hospital and the beach is quite strategic, it just needs to be improved in terms of lighting and room cleanliness, housekeeping is not clean enough, there are still hairs on the floor during check-in.

So far okey je tapi bilik and toilet tak berapa bersih dan ada cicak lepastu bilik sebelah bising susah pula I nak tidur tapi faham je la satu family kan hehe.

Keseluruhan keadaan bilik memuaskan. kedudukan hotel berhampiran dengan pantai n di kawasan bandar.

Bilik kemas dan bersih. Receptionist mesra dan sopan santun.

The hotel is quite dirty. The corridor in front of the room is dirty and the atmosphere is quite creepy. The dirty toilet smells bad, the walls and the toilet bowl and sink are really dirty. not well managed. Sink plumbing is leaking. It's quite amusing to step on the tiles in the toilet. A relatively old hotel is not a measure, the important thing is that cleanliness must be prioritized for the comfort of the customers.

Please renovate your bathroom, already how many years keep using the same bathroom. The floor full with stain mark. Full of rubbish under the bed.

Walaupun hotel lama tetapi pengalaman penginapan yang selesa dan layanan yang amat baik, amat berpuas hati

Room smell like. Toilet dirty like. Only good because of location near the mersing jetty.

Cleanliness issues in room especially old carpet must be replaced.

The room not cleaning very well. Have a lot lizard and cockroach eggs at carpet. Also the cleaner not clean the room even the signage put at the door.
