All is 👍 marvelous, good staff, room, facilities, near to many restaurants such as nasi kandar, pizza etc., 99 Speedmart, laundry, bank, just cross the road can get a big mall.

My experience staying at the Metro Hotel for the first time when on vacation to Kuala Lumpur in KL Sentral was quite interesting & gave me a new experience, but one obstacle was communication when checking in because I am Indonesian so my English is limited, and the staff cannot speak Malay / Malaysian, but it is not a problem. Around the hotel, there are many people selling food almost along the way, so it is recommended.

Is the best. Metro hotel is very god. See you again.

Very nice place to stay. Worth the money. But please fix the toilet lock (tomb) doors. It isn't functioning from the outside.

The room is comfortable and quite complete. And the distance to the bus is close. The staff is friendly.

The hotel room is ok, quite big and complete and the location of the hotel is also very close to the mall and buses.

Provided room next to a 24 hours nasi kandar. Whole night couldnot sleep becoz of loud music from the nasi kandar. Very bad experience.

The staff is enthusiastic, the hotel is near KL Sentral station, convenient for traveling, close to many restaurants and shopping areas. The only downside is that the room is too soundproof, I'm on the 1st floor, the upper floors flush the water, and I can hear the water running loudly in my room, flushing continuously in the middle of the night, making it impossible for me to sleep. In addition, the ceiling is a bit low, the room is small, feels a bit cramped.

Always the first choice when going to KL. Location location location. Very strategic and supports our travel needs. Just walk a few minutes to KL Sentral, you can explore anywhere by LRT, Monorail, Komuter or bus. Standard rooms are quite spacious. Check in and check out are very easy and fast. Even if you arrive at this hotel in the early hours of the morning, there is always a receptionist on standby.

Room is spacious with basic things.

The toilet smells and is stuffy, the room is very small and the voices of people from Hussein Cafe can be heard in the room and the smell of cooking also enters the room, so you don't sleep soundly at night.

the staff is friendly, can check in early if there is a room. there is a deposit of 20 RM but it is returned upon check out. There are many restaurants around the hotel, cleaning the room every day, get mineral water every day, like to stay here 💕💕
