The first 2 days when I arrived at the hotel to fix it was very noisy, don't knock, I'm very bothered. Day 1: I just arrived and felt the noise, did I ask the staff to take me up to the room if the hotel was being repaired? Then immediately denied that it was not and left. Day 2: going back to the capital, it was very sunny and tired. I lay down to rest but could not rest because the hotel was drilling and drilling right opposite my room! I went down to comment with the reception and then went to have lunch. Reception apologizes and will fix it. However, I came back early in the afternoon and continued to repair and drill. Day 3: The hotel has been repaired, so there is no noise anymore. Why does the hotel fix it and make noise on the floor where there are guests? If the guest has commented, why not move the living room to another floor to avoid being affected? I recorded a clip of the noise very loud and clear, but I can't upload it here. Really disappointed with the treatment of a 4* hotel. This was the worst hotel experience of my travels.
