ขออนุญาตแชร์ประสบการณ์และเรื่องราวความประทับใจในการเข้าพักที่โรงแรมโกลด์เด้นซิตี้ระยอง เริ่มตั้งแต่การต้อนรับของเจ้าหน้าที่เปิดประตูให้คำแนะนำในการเข้าพักอำนวยความสะดวกให้เราเป็นอย่างดี ห้องพักกว้าง สะอาด ที่นอนนุ่มมาก อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลายมากแถมยังอร่อยทุกอย่างด้วย และเรื่องราวที่ทำให้เราประทับใจก็คือ ทางเราได้ทำแหวนทองหล่นหายที่บริเวณสระว่ายน้ำของโรงแรม เราจึงไปขอดูกล้องวงจรปิดกับทางเจ้าหน้าที่ ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่ก็ช่วยตรวจเช็คดูกล้องให้และยังไปช่วยส่องไฟหาด้วย แต่ก็หาไม่เจอ จนเรากลับบ้านและคิดว่าคงจะไม่ได้คืนแล้ว จนเวลาผ่านไป 5 วันเจ้าหน้าที่ของทางโรงแรมโทรมาแจ้งว่าเจอแหวนทองของเราแล้วและจะส่งคืนให้เรา ความรู้สึกคือดีใจสุดๆ เพราะไม่คิดว่าจะได้คืน เจ้าหน้าที่ของโรงแรมน่ารักใส่ใจให้ความช่วยเหลือและบริการดีมากๆ ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีกนะครับ ขอบคุณมากครับ

โดยรวมดีค่ะ พนง.บริการดีมากๆ ห้องใหม่ น่าพัก ในราคาที่จองผ่านแอปไม่แพง แนะนำค่ะ อาหารเช้าดีมากและอร่อย แต่ถ้าคาดหวังวิวดีๆ โปรดโทรขอคำแนะนำจากทางโรงแรมโดยตรงก่อนจอง ทริปนี้มาพักในวันขึ้นปีใหม่ เราคาดหวังเล็กๆว่าอยากดูพลุปีใหม่ในเมืองระยองบ้าง เห็นไกลๆก็ไม่เป็นไร แต่ห้องนี้ถูกบังด้วยหลังคาอาคารถัดไป มองไม่เห็นอะไรเลย ก็ผิดหวังนิดหน่อยค่ะ
