We stayed here for 6 nights this is one of the greatest experience we had in Gaziantep the hotel staff were so nice and respectful one of the greatest thing that they offer was the breakfast with more then 20 optionsavailable. The manager Ilker Osman and Hilal the assistant was great, we really appreciate your all service that you provided to us.

The rooms a bit outdated but still clean and comfortable. The management doing their best to make you feel welcome. An excellent location next to Havas Airport Bus Terminal, a tram stop just in the opposite.

I visited with a group of 19 people. The communication with the hotel was incredible from the beginning. We checked-in quite late (11pm) but they had all the rooms and keys prepared for our arrival, thus it took us only a few minutes to check-in the whole group. Rooms are modern, (extremely) spacious and very clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Service has been amazing. All the staff is polite and always anticipating our needs. I must thank Kadir, who has been amazing in making sure that we have a comfortable stay. I must say breakfast is the jewel of the crown. Vast, varied and fresh. Coffee is good, no matter if you go for traditional Turkish coffee or an Italian-style espresso, you'll get a good one. I'd totally recommend to any kind of visitors.

I was totally lost today and the staff of the place they were so kind with me. I really appreciate it the time to explain me how to arrive to the station and even take me to the station. This is an amazing place to stay because the kind staff, even though they don’t speak perfect English, they are very helpful
