every thing about this place is homeey and comfortable and convenient, My daughter loved the food on site and the employees were helpful and happy.

This spot was extremely convenient for my travels. I did have two slight gripes, which were the property being a bit noise in the evening and the kitchen for the on-site bar/restaurant closing a bit earlier than what I would have hoped. But these problems were mostly dwarfed by the overall value of this spot. For just a little over $50 I got a spot that was clean, comfortable, and convenient for my travel route. It's hard not to appreciate a combination of factors like that.

Very continent for the winterplace ski resort

The property promotes itself as an "Inn." In reality it is an old motor lodge, with old, beat up furniture. The driveway in was poorly marked, unlit and full of pot holes. The room reeked of artificial "Air Freshener." I could barely breathe. If it had not been below freezing out, I would have left the door open. The lady who checked me in was very nice, but the man who checked me out seemed angry when I tried to explain that the odor in the room would have made it impossible for some people to stay there. I won't be returning for another stay, ever.

“Cheap and cheerful,” obviously could use repairs and a remodel, but good value for money. Sheets and towels and room very clean. Front desk help was great.

This is a great budget motel with a really good pub, too. Service was fantastic both in the motel and the pub.

This stay was not bad at all. The check-in was easy because I booked on-line through one of those discount sites. The room was nice and there was coffee in the room along with a micro-fridge, hair drier, WiFi and cable.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was pretty noisy overnight and the blinds were not room darkening. I would also warn you about the pot holes on the drive and parking area.

Wow…holes in the wall from replacing a wall light..stains in front of toilet on the floor..dirty floors…the only upside..the bed was sort of decent. Not the place to walk on the floor barefoot or leave clothes on the floor..room 110..ask for a better one !

Quality stop returning from snow belt of Ohio

I don’t two nights at the lodge in November 2024. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations. The lodge is older, but the room was clean and in good condition. I particularly enjoyed the live music on both Friday and Saturday nights. The bar was not selling alcohol for some reason, although I did not ask why.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. No critters or bugs I could see. Furniture was a bit banged up and stains in sink and tub but clean. The staff were friendly. The lobby is beautiful with a wood burning stove going for heat and charm. The property has a hotel and bar. I hope the owner is able to get the bar back open soon. The bar is nice with a pool table. For a small restaurant it was great. There seems to be something for everyone on the menu. The burgers are awesome and each variety named after the waiting staff. The fries were the best I have ever had. I would stay again.

Overall Good Stay

We love staying here to rest in the middle of a long drive. Always clean. Close to interstate. Great rates.

Staff are friendly and the location is quiet and clean

This is an older resort BUT the staff is very nice, easy parking, beds are SO comfy and rooms are very clean. I’ve stayed here twice and have loved both times.

They do not do late checkout. Room is mediocre. It worked for our 1 night need but I doubt we stay there again and we will be staying in the area nearly every weekend for the next year.

I love stopping here when traveling through the area. Yes, it’s no frills, but it’s pretty, the staff has always been friendly, there is a restaurant on site and even live entertainment.
