didn't have the use of a tv first night. told the front desk at 5, thought it would be fixed when I got back 8 hours later. Was not fixed. Sent maintenance. Needed email from manager. He called manager, said he was with family and couldn't help. Just needed email address. They moved us down two rooms. had to move everything over and the lights didn't work except bathroom. Told front desk. They said I needed to get with the morning manager. Next morning, manager day off. They couldn't help. Left phone number for manager to call me but haven't heard from. Pitiful

Oh My... this was the worst experience ever!.... To Be clear - I chose this place because of it's presentation. It was NOTHING like it presented. The Check-n Clerk was an entitled child who had no answers but wanted to ask questions and then got "Offended" when I answered them. {what?? - yeah} Accused me of being rude when I asked if they weren't full, could I be moved to a Creekside room. Asked for a recommendation as to where we could eat and watch some sports was told I'd have to drive an hour...{actually went to a local place 20 mins away) Room was really sad. was kept up late by 10-12 rowdy & Loud 4 wheelers who left an over-flowing mound of beer cans right outside my door. Lastly - the AC Unit - Roared like a Bad exhaust system every time it cam on throughout the night. DO yourself a favor - unless you are a RWODY Good-timer who is not looking for sleep or comfort - Do NOT stay here.

While It is not a new building and is a bit modest, the staff was great and it was clean and safe. Beautiful property with deer running in the back! Enjoyed the stay for the short time.

Room was spotless, the mattress was so comfy Check in was a breeze. I have to say the girl at the desk at checkout had an attitude and was less than friendly! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Kentucky.

Staff was nice. Restaurant on premise was good. Room, was a bit shabby looking although clean. Beds were not comfortable - too saggy.

Heater seemed to keep the room too warm, we just turned it off and we were comfortable. Room was a bit dated, the faucet moved around a lot. The restaurant and lounge were great! Good music on Friday night. There is only regular coffee in the morning (which was fine for us) the “danishes” are just individually wrapped hostess brand. Be aware when booking on certain sites that charge extra for the coffee and danishes, we saw a few people upset that they paid extra for what was offered. The employee informed them that there is never an extra charge for the coffee and danishes. Over all it served our purpose, I’m sure it’s a party place during the ski season and no one cares about the little inconveniences.

All was good for only pne thing, the freezer section of the little fridge didn’t look like had been defrosted in a while. Other than that , all was good!

I enjoyed my stay and the room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.The property was large with a park-like setting including a lake out back. I already plan to return.
