Disappointing...beds were very hard, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The coffee was the worst I had during a one week trip changing hotels every day. Cheap beans I expect. The butter was unfortunately rancid, and most of the little packs out of date. Same with the honey sachets. In the morning we had no hot water for a shower at 6.30 am....given breakfast started at 7am surely they would expect people to shower early! An all round poor experience

I'd like to give this hotel a 4 star, however something holds me back. For context, we stayed here for one night on 8-9 April 2022. It means for people here it's not the tourist season, so the service is therefore somehow limited. Let's start with the good things: the room is spacious, well chosen wall colour, spacious bathroom, private balcony with beautiful sight to the village, clean room and restaurant. But something annoyed me: 1) my family and I couldn't stand the smell of smoke we smelled in the room. It seems, that either the guests before us smoked cigarettes or more probably the owner and his family members smoked (we saw them smoking in the restaurant on the night we came back from dining out). 2) The shower towels are really small and there's only one hook in the bathroom, so it's impossible to hang out wet towels. 3) The water that came out of the washbasin tab is like a rain shower. Not even enough to wash hands! Brushing up is almost impossible even more face washing. 4) No slipers available, so be prepared to walk barefoot on ice cold tiles. 5) There were plastic chairs on the balcony, but they were dirty, so I didn't use them (but bear in mind this is not the tourist season therefore they didn't clean them). 6) For visitors from foreign countries: be prepared for Italian only breakfast. It means there are only cakes, cookies and coffees. No proper bread and cheese. I was already hungry at 11!

Lovely and professional staff all round, the breakfast was good, possibly even better dinner and drink selection too. Top location noted. This hotel has almost everything you need to have a wonderful holiday.

Nice hotel, clean, big rooms, not expensive located in Teulada, good starting point for visit some of the beautiful beaches in south west Sardinia. The host Gildo will provide you all the information about best places to visit.

Staff is nice and friendly but seen better Hotels in that category. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear your room neighbors thinking :)
