The view was spectacular

The staff were very polite and easy to talk to. The hotel is ideally situated close to all shopping, and across the road to the beach.

Great little break. The accommodation was clean and quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed Burnie.

Smelled funny

Fantastic location. We had a room with a great balcony that overlooked the water. Please clean the exhaust fans over the shower as the dust was literally dripping down from them.

Fantastic location, beach directly across the road. You can walk a short distance along the waterfront boardwalk to view the penguins at dusk and dawn for free.

Had a wonderful room overlooking the ocean. Dinner was fabulous

Nice location, great shower pressure and hot water

Clean, spacious, great in room storage space and plenty of seating. Two bed options. Bed was really comfy and the pillows were lovely to sleep on. The room didnt take long to warm up and was cosy and warm during a very cold winter night. Would definitely recommend as the best place to stay in Burnie.

Nice quiet today room, bed was comfy as well as pillows. Food in the restaurant was great. Parking avg, bathrooms could do with an update, toilet poor flushing

Lovely staff, we were upgraded to a room with a view and balcony which was nice. Enjoyed our short stay, bed was a little on the soft side, but still comfy :)
