The room is not as advertised. Selling a triple room but it is actually just a twin room with extra bed, the room is cramped and uncomfortable.

The hotel is very sorry that you had a bad experience while staying at the hotel. Regarding the Triple room, the room type and bed type are shown in detail in the pictures on the booking pages, there will be one King bed and an extra bed or two Twin beds and an extra bed. The area of the Premium room is also shown exactly as 33-34m2 according to the hotel's design.
Once again the hotel is sorry that your experience was not as expected.

The hotel is as advertised, I hunted for a ticket on sale the day before, but it was more expensive than the next day and booked immediately. The staff is very enthusiastic, helping customers very quickly, including the security guard. Free 2 bottles of water with tea and coffee. All in all, have money to come back

Even more beautiful than pictures. Very clean and neat, even to tiny details. Service was beyond excellent. Staffs are very friendly and professional. The area is very quiet which makes my stay was very pleasing. I also support that the hotel is very green and environment friendly with their bed sheet and towel and paper packaging for almost everything. Plus the price is very reasonable for such facility and service.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. The only unhappy part is that the pool is not salted as it is often dry so the leaves float a lot on the lake surface and it seems the pool contains many disinfectants or something that after swimming, the hair is very dry and tangled!
