Alright, we start with the pros that I can share from the experienced I had. First they're shuttle service that travel between airport and hotel. Secondly, the room seem to be clean (I'm glad). Now here were the cons that why I rated unhappy, firstly there was no staff that step up to organise the crowd when the reception side were filled. Secondly, your receptionist (a man and a women) doesn't care or aware who queuing long enough infront of them, their smile for selectively folks. I booked the hotel through online so I showed my booking details to them and they just ignored but kept asking the detailed (can't get my name read properly). To be honest they need to train to read passport (all type) properly. Lastly the hospitality to the guest was not good enough, no refill of water/juice at the lobby when it was finished and in the room there were no drinking water supplied (2 bottles a room, basically).
