It 's a decent place to stay for a couple of days. No problem with location, the room, the amenities, etc. Just one thing that was a bit uncomfortable was that my parents were sort of rushed to check out of the hotel. They were fully aware about the check out time and all the suitcases were packed in the room, then they went out for sightseeing. When they returned to the hotel to get their belongings and leave for the airport, the key card couldn't be used to open the room door anymore. And the only one who was kind to help my parents was the cleaning lady.

Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is tasty. Room is comfortable and good design.

Building was new, feel fresh everytime I came back home, clean, bed comfortable, staff were nice and breakfast was very good. Location? Best !

Holiday Inn Express Brisbane does not accept guests 2 adults and 1 child. Require me to rent one more room. Finally I was helped to refund. Finally I moved and stayed at the Ibis. The point is Holiday Inn Express Brisbane 1 room only accepts 2 people, no more.
