Lovely boutique hotel in a great location for gunwharf shopping and bars and restaurants. Free parking and gorgeous English breakfast was a fab bonus.

Fabulous hotel with wonderful window seats and view of the Warrior. Easy walking distance of Old Portsmouth. Great service and breakfast. Homely warm hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Great room, great view, great location

Loved this hotel, everything was within walking distance, Historic Port, train and ferry, shopping. Our room was amazing, large luxurious and a great view. Excellent staff and having breakfast included in the room rate was much appreciated. Would stay again and would recommend to others. Not many facilities, but we didn't miss that, as there are lots of places to go for a meal or a drink.

Very close to main attractions, so location great. Old property so always some issues. Room good. Property dated. Not teally a boutique hotel in how phrase normally used. Breakfast good. No dining despite saying bistro on door. Location though excellent for activities
