숙소가 연식이 있어서 객실 내부 디자인이 오래되었고(전부 나무소재임) 콘센트가 많이 부족했지만(침대쪽에 콘센트 전무) 잘 관리되어 있고 시설도 이용하는데 전혀 문제 없었습니다. 직원들 모두 친절했고, 조식, 수영장 모두 훌륭했어요.

Heaven on earth is the best phrase to describe Puri Santrian. I got room which was just 50 meters away to ocean from my room. However, I still got the garden view in front of my room and 5 meters away few pools. The staffs were so friendly and polite. The food and beverage in the beach club were fantastic! It was just perfect place for your precious holiday.

We arrived at the hotel on Friday 23, I booked for Club room type for 3 days. There are 4 of us, including 6yo child. Babysitter. Me and my wife, first of all I surprised they ask for id/ktp from all of us, this never happen before as far as I travel in Indonesia. May be the hotel rules, but just for your info. This is annoying. Then they told that the room for two guest. My child cannot enter the room because I don't mention in my booking. Oh my God. 6yo kid? That's why we book for suite club room, we can ask for extra bed at check in later. Why the hotel blamed us for the number of person in app? What surprised me more. They offered superior room with extra money and compliment for my child. Is this really a way of hotel business?. Then they told me. That I can't refund my money from online agent on d day. What the f*. This is not about money. I've been in Bali since 18 Dec. Just info: I strongly don't recommend this hotel for family or couple to spend the holiday. I cancelled the check in. Lose all 6.9 million. The reception look happy with smile to let me go. I moved to other hotel. Great reception, good service. And the important thing they don't treat us like Puri.

Hotels with very pronounced discrimination between local tourists and foreign tourists. How to reprimand the security guard behind the hotel when we finished jogging is inhumane, because maybe we think we are not guests there. During afternoon tea, the greeting for foreign tourists was very warm, while we were not even reprimanded for it. We immediately said we wanted to take afternoon tea, I was staying at the wrong hotel.

Almost lost my cellphone in the lobby, thank God the hotel employees were alert, thank you .

Great beachside resort! Three different pools to choose from, lots of cozy nooks for tanning and direct access to the beach. Just outside the property, plenty of shops and cafes to frequent. Spacious rooms and decent sized terraces for lounging. Perfect for couples and families, accessible for wheelchairs too.

The hotel is lush, lots of plants and flowers. How shady. There is access to the beach. There are 3 swimming pools. It's been great to stay here, you can really rest. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel, just walk. Next stay here again.

The room was very clean and spacious. The service was great. We love the pools (there are 4 pools). Highly recommended for family & friends.

Sanur beachfront hotel, spacious and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, eating by the beach is an amazing pleasant experience, morning walks on the beach walk can see the sunrise.

Resort has more than 3 beautiful pools, beautiful Balinese garden, private beach with both sunrise and sunset view, great beach club and restaurant. Couldn't ask for more.

I was confused at first why it was so quiet, it turns out that since the pandemic it has been like this. Even though this is a really recommended place for travelers from big cities. Why? 1. Have a very clean private beach and beach restaurant! 2. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Worth it at a price of 800, moreover the bathtub is not bearable. 3. The swimming pools are many and spacious. Want to dive to the beach just a step. 4. There are many room options, for a rich group, it's not a problem. 5. The shape is rich in villas and cottages. 6. The staff is guaranteed to be friendly, whatever they try to serve. 7. Quiet, peaceful, rich hidden paradise. 9. There is a mini soccer for the kids or daddy is gabut hehe. 10. It's not original, it's better to try it with ramein, sad to hear that since the pandemic, the employees here are rotated once a week. Based on personal experience, no endorsement!. A little advice: at night the location of the villa is lit up, so the kids won't be spooky when they go out at night. Thank you.
