Have stayed here several times. The hotel is quite comfortable for resting.

In short: old hotel - good location. Gelato is within walking distance. Konbini in front of the hotel. Coffee just across the street. Tasty restaurant next door. Lotsa options around, no need to worry if you book without breakfast. Spacious room with springy beds, old heavy wooden furniture, old yellowing linens and grayish towels. Helpful housekeeping staff. Indeed - could be better.

TLDR: perfect location - the rest just meh, but good enough. Room: spacious with small telly and old heavy wooden furnitures. AC was fine, quite cooling. Bed: old springy twin with one soft pillow each, but we can ask for extra pillow. Old yellowing bedsheet. Would be good if they can replace the old yellowing linens to bright white. Bathroom: not a matching set of toilet seat and cover, door hardly closed, broken handle. Water pressure was good, just have to wait for a few mins for hot water. Equipped with filthy looking towels, one even got a hole in it, asked for a cleaner looking ones the next day. Breakfast: better not to opt in. Kitchen staffs should be trained to make soft boiled eggs. Location: perfect! Minimart just in front of the hotel, lotsa options around, restaurant next to the hotel offers tasty lunch/dinner, *b^cks coffee just across the street.

the location is strategic.. spacious room.. delicious breakfast.. quite a lot of choices.. the swimming pool is definitely what makes you feel at home.. there is a big gecko in room 201.. I chased it and it hid in the AC.. room 202 seems a bit dusty.. my child is allergic.. keeps sneezing..

old hotel that always becomes a memory when in college. special location on Jl Kaliurang. standard breakfast is quite good. swimming pool for children and adults is separate. spacious parking.

Overall good & comfortable. Close to minimarket. Quite solid.

Very bad experience. On the day of check in, suddenly the room was not ready and was moved to another hotel with the excuse of repairs.

It was so much fun when we held our reunion here.

Strategic location, comfortable and safe. Suitable for families

In general I am satisfied with the price and facilities just because of the hotel. The old furniture is old and there are lots of lights in the room but it's a bit dark so if you want to work in the room it's a bit difficult.

Overall not bad. Strategic location near the UGM campus, many culinary choices in the surrounding area which are also recommended. Thank you Cakra Kembang, We'll be right back, God willing.

Basically comfortable. There are also many F&B tenants in the surrounding area.

Book 2 rooms, 1 with dim lights, 1 with bright lights.

Clean hotel and lots of delicious culinary around the hotel

Pelayanan cukup baik, tapi AC di kamar kurang dingin.

I'm so glad for the cleanliness of this hotel (actually not a new hotel) but keep clean and comvy actually for family staycation and the space of room are enough (not to big and not to small) and I pick the room in front of the pool, my father comfort to stay too. But my notes are if any event in pool area may the bass sound not to loudly because so noisy for the glass around the room thank you.
