No TV, Wi-Fi, no choice of breakfast.

An old hotel that needs to revive its tourism spirit.

OK place, about 1km walking from the main strip. Quiet area. The pool was dirty, but maybe just because I visited off-season. Huge spacious rooms. Quite worn. My bed linen had holes it it, but was otherwise nice and clean. Friendly staff.

The room was spacious, has living room and bedroom area. It was cold there so there was no air cond in the room. However, the towel condition was a bit sad, there was a stain on it. The toilet condition is so so and there was no wifi even though the receptionist has given the password. But overall hotel was okay so 3 ⭐

The room is okay, clean. The facilities are lacking, not according to the application. Like the swimming pool which is still dirty so it can't be used. Suggestions, provide hotel slippers and a kettle for water heater. Because the air is cold but it's hard to get hot water. Thank you

The hotel is close to the city center, cool, but it is an old hotel.

The hotel is not recommended, scary, dirty. Yesterday I checked in at 6 pm and immediately checked out. That night at 9 pm. When I entered the hotel, I was asked for money to enter. Strangely, there were many plugs but none of them worked. Very disappointed 🙏.

My regular hotel in Berastagi. Cheapest prices for hotels that have swimming pool facilities. The atmosphere is calm and cool. Beautiful views straight to the mountain view. There is a bathtub and hot water. Staff friendly. The price of fried rice in restaurants is cheap for a hotel. Even though the hotel is old and rotten in some parts, overall there was no problem for me. Cheap prices can't possibly achieve 5 star level, right? This hotel is enough for me and my family. We love it here.

The TV isn't on, the door can't be locked, there's no hot water, breakfast is just fried rice and the children don't get breakfast, the staff is indifferent. The bed was empty. Everything is not good, even though the price is 480 thousand.

The staff didn't want to take us to the room. Then the room leaked, and the swimming pool was very dirty, there was no mineral water, the bed sheets were scratchy, like they hadn't been washed for a long time, lots of small animals on the bed. But the room is spacious so it's not crowded.

The staff were friendly and polite, my family and I were satisfied and happy to be able to stay at this hotel.

A few tips to pay attention to the quality of the room, all the outside air comes in at night because the door is broken and doesn't close properly. Thank You.

The building is very old, the swimming pool doesn't work, when I checked in the room had not been swept with a lot of sand, it was very quiet, there were no other guests, just me. Finally I canceled my stay and moved to another hotel so that my money would be forfeited.

Very disappointed, when I checked in the dirty room had not been cleaned, the atmosphere was very quiet, it seemed like I was the only one staying there, the swimming pool was broken and couldn't be used (very disappointed) in the end I didn't stay, I moved to another hotel so that my money was lost, sorry for my honest review , it seems it's better to just close the accommodation because it's less popular, even on national holidays no one stays and it's just me 😭🤣.

Have stayed here several times, close to other recreational places, comfortable atmosphere, friendly service, clean rooms although there are some things that need to be fixed, overall is good, all is well.
