Overall very satisfying, maybe there needs to be improvement in the parking service so that it is guided by parking attendants or security so that the use of the parking area is more optimal, especially for guests who are not staying overnight, parking is paid.

It's a shame that the refrigerator that was provided couldn't be used because it was broken. I stayed there for 2 nights and couldn't cool drinks. The AC unit was noisy yesterday, so my rest was disturbed. The service and staff were good and friendly.

It's a good lobby and looks very promising. However when I enter the room, it was very stuffy. I tried to keep the AC on when I went out, but when I came back it was still very smelly. The equipment already rusty. The water smelly as well. I stayed in Executive Room. Though I need to thank, I left things and they informed me right away.

*I have been staying in starred hotels for a long time, only at Pangeran Pekanbaru did my child have to charge their breakfast, even though my child is only 6 years old.* The AC is not cold.

friendly, fast and responsive. I have children who ask to be taken to the room for food. I am responsive and they want it and it is easy to pay because they have a standby ATM debit. My children are happy. I stayed because of a seminar at the Pangeran Hotel. It was really nice, clean and tidy. The wifi was smooth.

Below expectations. The hotel is old, I spent 900 thousand/night for a deluxe room, but the experience of staying there was less than impressive. 1. The elevator is too small, only enough for 6 people. 2. The corridor is smelly and stuffy. 3. The room is old, there is no electrical socket next to the bed. 4. The noise from the highway comes in. 5. The bathroom has no exhaust fan. 6. The water in the toilet smells. 7. The curtain is moldy.
