Okay easy access, friendly, comfortable, cheap

The sheets and towels are shabby, not worthy of a 3-star hotel. The color is not pure white. My suggestion is to try washing it with bleach so that it looks better. There is a leak in the bathroom, the AC is also leaking. The swimming pool is also not clean.

The room I got was very damp and musty, the bathroom door was broken and falling off.

For that price with such a service, it's not worth it in my opinion. The sheets are shabby, the bed cover is dirty, the walls are full of black dirt marks, the ceiling is also full of rainwater marks, the curtains are not installed properly. The toiletries are also very lacking.

Was already suspicious when the room booked was not ready at time and had to wait for them to prepare the room. Ended up highly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room especially the bed and bathroom. There are stains on the bedsheets, pillows and blanket and the bathroom felt unhygienic, the floor and glass has white stains and water marks, as if it has never been scrubbed. Had to leave the hotel asap because of the discomfort. Would not recommend and hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensure the rooms are thoroughly cleaned.

The room is nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. The only problem: the sheets and bed cover have lots of spots. It is clear that the sheets and bed cover are used, not new ones. I asked to move rooms, but was not given and was advised to change the sheets and bed cover. Alhamdulillah after waiting for quite a long time, I got new sheets and bed cover that were clean without spots even though the color was a bit dull. If there were no problems, of course I would give a good score. But because this is a very important problem for sleeping/resting comfort, so I was forced to give a low score. Hopefully it can be a main concern so that it can improve further.

This hotel should be banned. Should not be in any booking platform. Room, building, towel, pillow, duvet, bedsheet all dirty, full of stain. Phone not working. Bidet leaking. All place smell horrible and spooky. The owner should closed down the hotel.
