It is in accordance with the price but for the bathroom, the door should be fixed because when I stayed the bathroom door could not be closed. AC, hot water, TV is on, the bed is comfortable, and cleanliness is also maintained.

The hotel's strategic location with tourist attractions and the city of Bali, but NEVER WANT TO GET A ROOM OTHER THAN THE MAIN BUILDING. We got a room in a building near the swimming pool that we received the AC WAS NOT COLD, THE BED WAS ITCHING, THE SHOWER WATER ONLY COME OUT 3 ROWS SO WAS WITH THE TOILET AND WASHBASIN WATER. THERE WAS ALSO A DAY OF 1 DAY OF WATER, my brother in the building across the street even had water that could be used to make coffee and there was no water for 2 DAYS. Complaints to the FO were never responded to and followed up. After we were angry with the owner, we were replaced with a room in the main building. The room in the main building was good but we got it on the 4th floor while the building had no elevator, it felt like all our bones were broken lifting 4 suitcases up to the 4th floor.

no towels, water doesn't turn on... I was only in this hotel for 5 minutes and immediately checked out and moved to another hotel... the worst cheap hotel I've ever booked.

The doorknob is broken so you have to be clever when opening and closing the door. There is a lot of food and dust under the duvet.

fraud, the room looks nice in the picture, but when we got there we were given a room in an old abandoned building and the atmosphere was very scary! For others, be careful so you don't get scammed again

The hotel staff is very friendly and highly recommended. (stayed here for a full week) 🔥. Suggestions for the management, cleanliness and bathroom water can still be improved. Keep up the spirit 🔥. The budget is very affordable 🤭

The ad says free bottled water but in reality there is none and there is no warm water. The swimming pool is dirty

The mattress was a bit itchy, as if it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. I got it on the 4th floor. If you're carrying a suitcase, it would definitely be a hassle. Because you have to climb the stairs to get to the lobby. The hotel is a bit quiet, and it's an old hotel, so you have to be mentally strong at night. But I slept soundly and safely without any disturbances.

Sorry, I ordered a room with a bathtub but in reality there wasn't, until I checked again whether this was really the same as the room I ordered and the receptionist answered yes. There was only 1 lamp in the room and it was dim, there was only 1 socket and it was used to plug in the TV, the room smelled damp, there were traces of water seeping into the ceiling, the bathroom smelled of urine, smelled of rats 😫. The AC was also broken and not cold. Breakfast was informed from 7-9 am, at 7 I went down for breakfast but there was nothing, when asked they said we'll cook it in a minute so I still had to wait for it to be cooked first, really disappointed, after breakfast I immediately checked out and looked for another hotel 😫. Please think about it first if you want to stay here. I was hoping that my tiredness from the trip could be repaid by staying at this hotel 😫. Please provide and improve the facilities, this is really bad and disappointing.

I booked a room with a bathtub, initially the receptionist said that all the rooms no longer have bathtubs, half an hour later I was told to move to a room with a bathtub, then it turned out that the bathtub lid was gone, it was the same as lying, in the end I couldn't use the facilities.

Old hotel building, spacious rooms, bathroom facilities need to be repaired because the door handle is broken & there is no exhaust.

Kamar kelihatannya kamar tua, kamar mandinya juga agak serem karena penutup air closernya tidak ada, air panas nya ga bisa di setting panas dinginnya, ga ada air minum, dan colokan cuma 1.

Kamar kurang bersih, staf tidak ramah sama sekali. Semoga tidak menginap di hotel Mahajaya lagi.
