The bed collapsed, so my back hurt all over. The bathroom door also couldn't be closed. Overall it was ok and comfortable for a place to stay during the holidays. The staff was also very helpful when I lost my phone.

Old hotel, poor service, water was off from 4 pm to 8 pm, when asked to the hotel staff, they politely said that my room was filled with too many people so the water tower ran out quickly. The room size is quite large, I chose the superior one, it's more save if there is a partition separating the bedroom from the chat area. The food at the restaurant is decent and the price is affordable. The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved because there is still a lot of dust. The bathroom door also needs to be replaced.

Wifi is reluctant to turn on and off. Hot water has to be called first before being put on. The sound and smell of the gas water heater are so loud that I don't dare to use it. TV can't be watched because it's still manual. All night confused with my child about what to do. It's better to remove the swimming pool facility, it can't be used because there's no water. The others are okay. I ordered a superior room.

The toilet facilities are poorly maintained.
