The hotel's location is good, the service is friendly and the facilities are okay, but the mattress is not soft enough and the pillows are worn out, only the pillowcase is good, and the blanket is too thin and needs to be replaced. Another thing is, if possible, a lift should be provided to make it easier to access the upper floors.

The service provided is very friendly and the hotel facilities are complete and the environment around the hotel is also clean.

It's really great, especially for families, the location is just right, strategic.

just opened the door of the room immediately given a view of the bathroom overflowing flood. complained to the receptionist to be given a replacement room but was not given on the grounds that the other room was full and would be checked by them first for the overflowing toilet water. after being checked by their team that it could not be fixed immediately, then given a replacement room where initially it was informed that there was no replacement room because the room was full ??!! in the room there is also no electric kettle provided and must be asked to the receptionist if you want hot drinking water.

The back of the hotel is directly connected to the sea and you can see the edge of Tanjung Pinang Island

Sorry for the photos are still on the camera so can't upload yet. for the experience of staying here .. and this is the first time for us. but in the future if we go to Tanjung Pinang we will stay here again. from the check-in service, the friendliness of all the hotel staff made us feel like we were staying not in a hotel but in a family home because they were so friendly. the atmosphere is comfortable, quiet and clean. both the room, bathroom and the environment impressed us. the hot and cold showers function well. the room service is also good, because we stayed for 2 nights, the second night the room was immediately cleaned, the sheets, blankets, towels were replaced with clean ones .. for the food .. because we stayed during Ramadan .. so we had Sahur at the hotel. the food was clean and suited our tastes. at 03.00 am the food was ready .. if not yet down also at 03.30 definitely contacted to the rooms that are indeed carrying out the fasting of Ramadan. so for friends who are really intending to stay in Tanjung Pinang. we highly recommend this BBR ... 👍😍

sorry sorry yaa.. disappointed with the room that still has a lot of dust on the sink and table. The AC is not cold so I have to use a fan. The restaurant menu is very very beyond expectations.. the fried noodles are hard and cold, the nasi lemak also doesn't know what the taste is huuftt.. there is no other choice except fried noodles that are hard because they are cold and only rice.. far away to try this hotel, it turns out to be a dud. just once..

for this time I have to tell the truth without me hiding anything so that it will be of concern to the hotel management. 1. The bathroom is "not" kept clean, as soon as I entered the bathroom, I checked the toilet, it was extraordinary... there was someone dancing in the toilet, then I flushed it even though I felt like throwing up. and there was still a lot of hair stuck to the toilet wall. then regarding the bathroom facilities, one of them was a shabby towel, don't use it but just looking at it is already uncomfortable. 2. Breakfast that is far from expectations 😅 this time I was really disappointed with the breakfast menu provided and also the taste. I hope the breakfast is like the other day I stayed here with my family. maybe this is the last time I stay here, don't make this criticism a form of my hatred for hotel service. but make this criticism to improve the service. maybe that's all from me, stay hopeless and don't be enthusiastic.... 😌

BBR This beach is really nice, if the swimming pool water is too much chlorine, my husband and I can't swim for long because it stings our eyes, after 20 minutes it's all gone up. So if you want to swim here, just bring swimming goggles. The rooms are clean. Breakfast menu is very limited. I think it's okay to increase the rate but the food is very varied like hotels in other cities. But the beach is really nice..

Good choice if you stay in tanjung pinang. Good facilities, spacious rooms, affordable prices.

Noisy night outside door. Noisy neighbors room is not soundproof. AC is not cold.

The AC wasn't cold, the TV wasn't on, the WiFi didn't work, the phone didn't work, the AC couldn't be adjusted and the remote was broken, I was given a spare room at the end of the view of a resident's house,
