This hotel is very comfortable and quiet.. the distance to the hospital is long, wow, 30 minutes walk and you'll arrive... the staff are friendly and kind, the rooms are clean and nice, the bathroom is clean. It's satisfying to stay here...

The only good thing about this hotel is its location to Lam Wah Ee Hospital. The rest is bad. The receptionist is rude. I checked in for 2 days, and on the first day I was a no show because the plane was delayed. But they unilaterally canceled my 2nd day. After a little confirmation, they gave me a room for my 2nd day. In the morning, the electricity in the room suddenly went out. And after confirming to the reception at the time of check out (8-9 am I c. O) there was no apology at all from the reception. Even when I left there was no word of thanks for staying.

First, thank you for staying at our hotel. To your knowledge, we were not informed about cancellation or non-attendance from your side, even when you were present at the hotel on the second day early from the check-in time, we also gave you an early check-in without having to wait until the check-in time. at 2pm. Regarding the lack of apology, we have investigated our receptionist who issued an apology even though we did not receive a report from another room that had no electricity that day. Regarding the thank you, our receptionist said thank you after he signed the deposit receipt. Please don't make this incorrect charge. Thank you. again for staying at Sunstaone and sorry if you had a bad experience

The hotel is near to Lam wah ee hospital. There is a market infront. Just walk across to the market. There are so many kind of food in the market. The room is a bit old. The picture of the room is so good. But it 's opposite to the reality. We get a room with no window. So it feels Stuffy inside the room. Fortunately we just stay for one night.

The hotel staff is very friendly, if the room is available then you can check in straight away, no need to wait until the time is up. The rooms are comfortable and nice, the wifi is also smooth.

The hotel is in accordance with the price offered, the staff is friendly and close to the market so it is easy to find food, each floor is provided with a water dispenser so you can refill it for free. If possible, the AC facility should be moved because it is directly facing the face/head. Because the ceiling is not high.

Pengalaman nginap di sunstone bawa orang tua berobat karena deket sama lwe hospital, resepsionisnya arogant ngotot kesalahan dari mereka enggan mengucapkan kata maaf padahal salah mereka yang ngitung harga kamar. Wifi nya juga ga lelet banget, kasurnya kurang nyaman. Nginap 3 hari tapi tisu toilet uda habis ga di tambahkan. Yang bagusnya ada disediakan kursi roda, ada dispenser juga bisa ulang air. Tapi Udah trauma sekali sama resepsionisnya yang ngotot dan arogant. Tak akan pernah balik lagi ke hotel ini.

The accommodation is really clean, I booked a family room (double-double) and the room is indeed spacious, the toiletries are toothbrush+ toothpaste, soap dispenser in the shower cabin. The hotel is a walking distance to laundry, food court, convenience store, KFC, Bank Niaga, and hospital lam wah Ee. The price is really worth it. The elevator is rather small but other than that, this was a good place to stay.

The AC is not cold enough, the TV is difficult to turn on, the distance to Lam Wah Ee Hospital has to be turned around 850 meters, the WiFi is slow.

Good. Newly renovated hotel. Clean and comfortable. The bathroom is quite spacious. Very friendly staff. It's just that going to Lam Wah Ee Hospital is a bit far, you have to take a detour. Use Grab 5 RM only. Will come back to stay here again.

The shower head have 3 outlets but only one can function. Told the receptionists but they said it has been like that since lockdown and nothing they can do. Near to most of the famous eating spots. Good locations. Limited irons so I didn't get to iron my clothes cause other guests were using.
